Monthly marketing plans
Monthly plans run your marketing once the launch goes public. Pick by how fast you want to grow and how much of the work you want done for you.
| Plan | Price | What's included |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $2,998/month | Your site with search-ready service pages, local SEO including your Google Business Profile, a basic Google and Meta ads setup, hosting, upkeep and a report each month |
| Growth | $4,498/month | All of Starter, with deeper SEO and content, paid ads across several channels, retargeting, a CRM connection, review generation and a report every week |
| Elite | $8,998/month | All of Growth, adding video, PR outreach, your own account manager, a live dashboard, a strategy call each month and reporting built to your spec |
For a launch, here is how we'd think about it. Starter suits an established company adding heat pumps to a site that already works, with a modest first-year target. Growth suits a faster launch, especially where review generation and CRM integration will help your office follow up quotes. Elite suits multi-location companies or owners who want video of real installs and PR around the launch.
One-time websites
If the new line needs a new website, or your current one can't carry heat-pump pages properly, these are the website packages.
| Website | Price | What's included |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | $3,500 one-time | A custom site of 5 to 7 pages, delivered in 2 to 3 weeks; hosting and upkeep then run $149 a month |
| Professional | $6,500 one-time | A 10 to 15 page site built around calls and quote requests, ready in 3 to 4 weeks; $249 a month covers hosting, upkeep and conversion work |
| Enterprise | $12,500 one-time | No cap on pages or locations, delivered in 4 to 6 weeks, with full management at $449 a month afterward |
A start-up heat-pump company usually needs Essential or Professional. An existing company launching a separate division, as GasBoilers.ca was for CANRO Heat, often fits Professional.
Planning, offer design and training roadmaps
The launch plan, offer design and training roadmap are business consulting work rather than monthly marketing. Their scope depends on how many locations, crews and system types are involved, so we agree the scope and cost in writing before starting. Nothing is billed without that agreement.
What drives the cost of a launch
Four things move the total more than anything else:
- Whether you need a new website. Adding pages to a site that already works is far cheaper than building a new one.
- How many service areas you launch in. One town is a different budget from five.
- Your ad spend. Media spend paid to Google or Meta is separate from our fees. For a launch we usually start small and raise it as quotes close.
- How fast you want to go. A slower launch built on your existing customer list costs less than a fast one built on paid traffic.
A worked example
Suppose an established furnace company takes the Starter plan for six months during launch, adds heat-pump pages to its current site, and spends $1,000 a month on paid search. Our fees would be $2,998 × 6 = $17,988, plus GST/HST for its province, plus $6,000 in media paid to Google. If its heat-pump jobs carry $3,000 of gross margin, it needs about 8 jobs over those six months to cover the marketing. That is the kind of figure the break-even guide helps you test before you commit.
The free trial and no lock-in
Before any monthly fee, you get seven free days in which we review your current marketing, website speed and search position against competitors in your area, with no card on file. There is no lock-in afterward, and you own your website, domain, profiles and ad accounts.
Choosing well
If you're still deciding whether to launch at all, don't start with a monthly plan. Start with the plan and the numbers. If you're ready to go public, pick the plan that matches your first-year target and grow into the next one. Read the FAQ, check results, and call, text or email when you'd like a recommendation for your company.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a contract?
There is no lock-in. You can stop when the work stops making sense for you, and you keep your website, accounts and data.
What does the free trial include?
For seven days we audit your digital marketing, test how your website performs, analyse your search visibility and benchmark you against local competitors. You won't be asked for a card.
Are planning and offer design priced separately?
The launch plan, offer design and training roadmap are business consulting work. We scope them with you at the start and confirm the cost in writing before anything begins.
Do prices include GST or HST?
No. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Sales tax is GST or HST by province, or GST and QST in Quebec.
What is the cheapest sensible way to launch?
For many established companies it is a launch plan plus outreach to existing customers, followed by the Starter plan once the crew is ready. Start-ups usually need a website and the Starter plan from the beginning.
