Proof from real campaigns

What our HVAC launches and divisions have produced

These are real results from HVAC companies we have marketed. None is a heat-pump launch, so we explain exactly what each one shows and which parts transfer to a new heat-pump line.

Every result on this page is real, named and linked to a live website. They come from our HVAC and heating work, and none of them is a heat-pump launch. We show them because the problems are similar: a new offer, a new audience and the need to build trust quickly. Each case below says what it demonstrates and which lessons carry over.

GasBoilers.ca: building a new division from nothing

GasBoilers.ca was built as a gas-boiler division for CANRO Heat. Today the division covers 26+ communities in BC, and its Google rating stands at 5.0★ from 76+ reviews.

What it shows: an established heating company can launch a distinct line with its own website and identity, and earn trust for it in its own right.

What transfers to a heat-pump launch:

  • A dedicated home for the new line, so it isn't buried in a general services menu
  • A clear geographic footprint, built community by community rather than claimed all at once
  • Reviews earned job by job from the first installs onward

This is the closest model in our work to adding heat pumps, and it shapes how we approach launch marketing.

BCWide.ca: speed in the first 90 days

BCWide.ca reached 3× leads in 90 days.

What it shows: focused work over a short window can move enquiry volume quickly.

What transfers: the first 90 days of a public launch matter disproportionately. A tight plan for that window, with pages, profile and ads switched on in order, is built into our 120-day launch sequence.

CanroHeat.ca: growing the parent business

CanroHeat.ca achieved 250% lead growth.

What it shows: CANRO Heat is the company the GasBoilers.ca division was built for, and its main brand has its own strong result. Running a separate division and a parent brand side by side is workable when each has a clear job.

What transfers: a heat-pump launch should be planned so it strengthens your existing furnace, boiler or AC work rather than draining it. That is why cannibalisation is a line in our break-even model.

HeatLand: depth of content

HeatLand built a library of 850+ SEO articles, and the outcome on record is a 300% lead increase in 6 months.

What it shows: steady, specific content answers the questions buyers have before they call, and that compounds.

What transfers: heat-pump buyers have many questions about winter performance, running costs, ductless versus ducted, and programs. A new line that answers them clearly becomes the obvious company to call. This is ongoing work that follows the launch.

HVACDeal.ca: return on spend

HVACDeal.ca generated 500+ leads at a 12:1 ROI.

What it shows: marketing spend can be measured against revenue and judged on it.

What transfers: every launch we run is tracked by channel from day one, including cost per enquiry and cost per install, so you can see whether the new line is paying back on the schedule the launch plan set.

The pattern across these cases

Look across the five and a pattern shows up that applies to any new line. Each one had a clear focus: a specific product, a specific region or a specific kind of buyer. Each built proof gradually, through reviews, pages or articles, rather than claiming it on day one. And each was measured, so decisions came from numbers rather than impressions. Those three habits matter more to a heat-pump launch than any single tactic.

How to read these results

These figures describe what happened for specific clients, in specific markets, over specific periods. They are not averages and they are not forecasts. A heat-pump launch has its own variables: how trained your crew is, which programs are open in your province, how many competitors already sell heat pumps and how big your customer list is.

What we can commit to is method and honesty: a written plan, measured checkpoints, and a frank conversation if the numbers aren't working. More case studies are at HVAC.Agency case studies. To discuss what a launch could look like for you, see pricing or call, text or email.

Frequently asked questions

Are any of these heat-pump launches?

No. They are HVAC and heating results, including a new gas-boiler division. We show them because the launch methods transfer, not because the numbers will repeat for a heat-pump line.

Will we get the same results?

There is no promise of that, and anyone who promises results should make you cautious. Markets, budgets, crews and competition differ. What we can do is use the same methods and measure honestly.

Can we see the sites?

Yes. Every client named here links to its live website, and the full set of case studies is on HVAC.Agency.
