What happens next

  1. Send a short note

Your business name, city and what you need.

  2. Get a reply

Ali or a senior strategist answers, usually the next business day.

  3. Plan the next step

If it fits, you get a clear proposal. If not, honest advice.

How to reach us

Choose whichever suits your day. All three reach the same senior team.

  • Call (604) 632-4959. Best if you want to talk it through now. During business hours you'll usually reach someone directly.
  • Text (604) 632-4959. Good from a job site or a truck. Send a line or two, and we'll reply or arrange a call.
  • Email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Best if you want to share numbers or files, or if several people at your company need to be copied.

We work with owners across Canada, so if you're on Atlantic or Central time, tell us when you're easiest to reach and we'll fit around it.

What to include in your first message

You don't need much. These five facts let us give you a useful answer on the first call rather than a generic one:

  1. Your province and main service area, because programs and certification bodies differ by region. Our region pages show why.
  2. What you do now: furnaces, boilers, AC, plumbing, or a mix.
  3. Where you are with heat pumps: just thinking about it, crew in training, or already installing a few.
  4. Roughly how many past customers you have on file. It shapes whether to start with outreach or ads.
  5. Your main worry: cost, timing, training, cannibalising existing work, or something else.

A sample first text or email

You can copy this template and fill in the brackets:

Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name] in [City, Province]. We currently do [furnaces / boilers / AC / plumbing] and we're thinking about adding heat pumps. Our crew is [not yet trained / in training / trained]. We have roughly [number] past customers. My main question is [your question]. Best time to reach me is [time].

What happens next

Here is the usual path after you get in touch.

  1. A first conversation (free). Usually 20 to 30 minutes. We ask about your business and your goals, and answer your questions frankly, including whether a launch looks sensible right now.
  2. A recommendation. We suggest which service fits your stage, such as a launch plan, offer design or existing-customer conversion, and what it would cost.
  3. The 7-day free trial. If you'd like to go ahead, we start with a digital marketing audit, a website performance check, an SEO analysis and competitor benchmarking. No credit card is needed.
  4. Written scope. Before any paid work, you get the scope and price in writing. Nothing starts until you agree.

What we will and won't do on that call

We'll talk about your market, your offer, your crew's readiness and your marketing. We'll give you our honest view, even if it is "wait six months".

We won't size systems, recommend equipment models or tell you whether your crew is legally qualified. HeatPump.Company is a marketing and business consulting service, not a contractor, and those questions belong to your licensed team, your suppliers and your provincial regulator.

If you're not ready to talk yet

That's fine. Many owners spend a few weeks reading before they get in touch. The 120-day launch sequence and the break-even guide are written so you can do the first round of thinking on your own. When you do reach out, tell us what you've already worked out, and we'll pick up from there instead of starting over.

Privacy

We use the details you send only to reply and to discuss your enquiry. We don't add you to marketing lists, and we only send commercial emails to people who have contacted us first. Before you get in touch, you might like to read the FAQ or our pricing.

Frequently asked questions

What is the quickest way to reach you?

A call during business hours, Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. Outside those hours, a text or email works well, and we usually reply within one business day.

Is the first conversation free?

Yes. There's no charge for the first call. If you go further, plans open with seven free trial days and no card required.

Will I be passed to a salesperson?

No. You'll talk to a senior strategist who can answer questions about planning, offers, training roadmaps and launch marketing directly.

Do you need my financials before the first call?

No. Rough numbers are fine at first. If we move to a launch plan, we'll ask for job data by type and month, but only then.
