HeatPump.Company

A launch partner for heating companies, not a contractor

HeatPump.Company is a Canadian digital marketing and business consulting service that helps HVAC, boiler and plumbing companies launch heat-pump lines. It is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group and is led by Ali Sedighi, MBA.

HeatPump.Company helps heating, cooling and plumbing companies add a heat-pump line, or build a company around heat pumps from scratch. We do the planning, packaging and marketing. Your licensed team does the installing. That division of labour is the whole idea.

Who we are

HeatPump.Company is a Canadian digital marketing and business consulting service, and part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies. The group is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, and serves clients across Canada.

Sedighi.ca is the consulting company through which Ali runs his growth, marketing and technology work, and it sits behind brands such as HVAC.Agency, HVAC.Digital, Trades.Agency, BusinessConsulting.ca and Conv.ca. SAZ.ca, short for Strategy & Acceleration Zone, is the group's Canadian firm for strategy, AI and revenue acceleration; Ali founded it and serves as its Founder & Managing Partner. Our parent brand for heating work is HVAC.Agency.

What we are not

We are not an HVAC contractor. We don't install, size, repair or service any heat pump, furnace, boiler or air conditioner, and we don't send anyone to a job site. We are also not a training provider, a regulator or a program administrator. When a question is technical, legal or about compliance, we point you to the person or body who can answer it properly, and we say so plainly.

Ali Sedighi, MBA

Ali Sedighi leads HeatPump.Company. His MBA is in Technology Management. His marketing career runs 17+ years and began in 2007 with ONE.ir, the full-service digital agency he founded that year. He now lives and works in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Ali founded Conv.ca, a conversion-rate optimisation agency, and MyAutomation.ca, and he is Founder & Managing Partner of SAZ.ca. He has worked with clients in Canada, the USA and Dubai, and he has built 150+ live HVAC websites, including CombiBoiler.ca, GasBoilers.ca, RomaHeating.ca and HeatLand.ca.

The part of that history most relevant here is building new lines of business, not just marketing old ones. GasBoilers.ca, for example, was built as a gas-boiler division for CANRO Heat. A heat-pump launch is the same kind of problem: a new offer, a new audience and an existing company that has to keep running while it changes.

How we work

We work in a set order, because launches fail on sequence more often than on effort.

  1. Numbers first. We start with your job data, margins and calendar, and we tell you if the numbers say wait.
  2. One first customer. We help you pick the homeowner type to win first, rather than marketing to everyone.
  3. People before promotion. Marketing starts when your crew is ready, not before. The training roadmap sets that date.
  4. Friends before strangers. Your existing customers hear first. See existing-customer conversion.
  5. Claims we can defend. Rebate, savings and environmental wording is checked and dated before it goes live.
  6. Everything in writing. Plans, menus, scripts and reports are yours to keep, whether or not you stay with us.

What you own

You own your website, your domain, your Google Business Profile, your ad accounts and your data. We work inside accounts set up in your name. If you leave, you take everything with you. That is how we set up every engagement, and it matters more for a new line, because the assets you build in the first year are what the line runs on afterward.

Why a launch partner, not a general agency

A general agency is built to keep an existing service busy. A launch is a different job: it starts before there is anything to advertise, it has to coordinate with training and suppliers, and its early months are judged on readiness as much as on leads. We plan for that. Our first deliverable is usually a decision, not a campaign, and our early reports track crew readiness and first installs alongside enquiries. Once the line is steady, ongoing lead generation becomes the main job, and we can carry on with it or hand it over cleanly.

Where we work

From Vancouver, we work with owners in all ten provinces and three territories. Provinces differ in how homes are heated, which programs are open, and which bodies certify and license trades. Each region page covers those differences. For the evidence behind our methods, see results; to talk about your launch, call, text or email.
